Self-imposed typing/knitting ban drawing to an end.
After a terrible case of tendonitis kept getting worse, I decided to stay away from both yarn and computers for a weekend, and along with ibuprofen, it seems to have really helped. I did hook up a mouse to my laptop so I wouldn't have to use the built-in laptop version, and (very slowly) played with webpage design, but it's not there yet.
Going to give not-typing/not-knitting another day and see if it clears things up.

Hmm, you still should not be using a mouse but I guess for you that's pretty good. If it's not better after 4 days you need to go to the doctor.
